NEBOSH Diploma
The RRC NEBOSH National Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety is a prestigious and demanding professional qualification for those wanting to forward their career in Occupational Health and Safety Practice. Entry criteria
The entry requirement is an appropriate Level 3 qualification such as a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent or acquired knowledge to the equivalent level (requires completion of Accredited Prior Learning Assessment).
Students enrolling on the Diploma must also be working in, or have access to, a suitable workplace to enable them to complete their assignments.
Assessment
Each unit includes a work-based assignment and a written examination and you must successfully complete all three units to be awarded the NEBOSH National Diploma.
NEBOSH offer two examinations each year in January and July. The exam for each unit comprises one paper of three hours. Exams can be taken throughout the UK and Worldwide via British Council Offices.
Coursework Assignments – There is one 3,500-word work-based assignment for each of the three units, although NEBOSH are currently considering relacing these with a single longer assignment to be completed after all three exams have been taken.
