M_o_R Management of Risk is robust framework for management of risk at strategic, programme, project and operational levels. M_o_R was published in 2002 by the Office of Government Commerce to encourage public and private sector organisations to adopt a structured approach to managing threats and uncertainties across all aspects of their businesses. In the light of the Turnbull Report, terrorism, financial irregularities and rapidly changing global conditions, the need to identify and manage risks is increasingly important.
This course is an in depth study of the M_o_R method and includes the highly valued Foundation exam. The course and exam are based on a Case Study featuring a large organisation facing major strategic change.
