Our PAT competent person's course is a single day practical workshop. The course is aimed at customers looking to carry out PAT testing in their own workplace. The course is made as practical as possible with plenty of hands on learning, giving the candidates the confidence to start testing.

The course covers both the theory and the practical sides of the PAT testing, but unlike many other courses, we make the courses as practical as possible through hands on learning, giving the delegates the confidence to start testing.
Previous electrical knowledge would be an advantage but is not essential.
We deliberately keep our class sizes small, maximum 8 people, allowing delegates to ask questions and receive individual guidance from our experienced instructors.All delegates receive a training manual and will have access to our technical helpline for advice on any aspect of PAT testing following the course. Students booking a course with us can request an electronic pdf copy of the manual to study at home prior to the course. A buffet lunch and refreshments are included in our courses.
