In this seminar we will look at what constitutes a binding contract, how to create one and how to avoid creating one before you are ready.

We will talk about the authority of employees to contract on behalf of the companies they work for and cover some of the common key terms. We will discuss the basic principles of agency contracts and touch briefly on the concepts of "frustration" and "mistake" in relation to contracts. Finally, we will discuss the issue of damages for breach of contract.
