A1 Safe & Secure have been training Locksmiths since 1987. Our 3 week, level 3 course is accredited by NCFE the National Awarding Body. We also run UPVC courses and 2 day start-up lock opening courses for new people coming into the trade.

To enter into any trade you need the best possible start, you need to complete a Professional Training Course designed to give you exactly what you require and the best possible advantage to gain knowledge and skill.

Our training courses are three weeks in duration. This consists of two weeks Technical Workshop training and one weeks Field Training.

Technical workshop training is designed to give you the knowledge you require to go out in the field and handle the majority of situations that may arise. This training concentrates on the working of locks and keys. You will take them apart and put them back together, you will make up keys, pick open locks and learn all the other technical sides you require in our purpose built industrial unit.

Your training will be conducted in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere without pressure.

Field Training will be conducted out in the field using a “Hands On” approach with a qualified Locksmith, doing all his daily work. You will learn all the must have skills of this trade, including the administration side.
