The courses are designed for people with little or no previous experience in plumbing and are attended by people of all ages, both male and female. They are suitable for; people who wish to learn the skills to complete plumbing work on their own properties, wish to supplement their income or take the first step towards changing their career. If you are unsure if the course is suitable please visit the our centre when a plumbing course is running to speak with both staff and students.

Further Details
You will complete the following units.
* Install a fully operational bathroom suite comprising of a bath, basin and w/c, using copper pipe and end feed fittings.
* Install a fully operational bathroom suite comprising of a bath, basin and w/c, using speedfit pipe and fittings.
* Use compression fittings and flexi hoses within an installation.
* Carryout pipe bending.
* How to install a washing machine and a dishwasher.
* How to fit an outside tap.
* How to fit different showers.
* Understand domestic plumbing systems including drainage systems
* Remove and re-fitting radiators.
* Understanding fittings, traps, waste products, etc. and their suitable uses, terminology and jargon used.
* Understanding the different methods used to price jobs, dealing with customers and overcoming problems that may arise.
Duration and Cost.
5 Days in duration from 8am until 4pm at the Willenhall centre and from 9am until 5pm at the Stoke centre, please arrive at the training centre at least 15 minutes before the course start time.
The cost of this course is £425 INC VAT and includes use of all tools and materials and there are no hidden costs.
