Course content: Unit 1 - Considering health and safety issues, Unit 2 - How to work well in a team, Unit 3 - Understanding and applying the principles of spectator management, Unit 4 - Exercising customer care, Unit 5 - Dealing with suspicious objects and unauthorised items, Unit 6 - Controlling the entry and exit of people, plus one option unit.
