Who should attend?
The course is recommended for anyone working in a food related environment who requires an appropriate level of knowledge and understanding of HACCP. A Foundation knowledge of food hygiene is recommended before attendance.

The course is informal and will cover topics including :

Course book and a comprehensive delegate pack will be provided.
Duration
The course is approximately 6-9 hours in duration and conducted during one day. The examination is a multiple choice test of 45 minutes in duration taken on the same day.
Qualification
All successful candidates will receive the Foundation Certificate in HACCP Principles. NVQ Level 1 equivalent.
