Introduction: This Two-Day Course has been designed by Apex to assist Organisations, Corporations, and Educational Establishments etc in the provision of basic awareness training for staff and managers who may be called upon to assist and respond, in conjunction with Security Staff, to any Emergency Situations and or Incidents that may occur within the work place. The function of a QRT is to respond in an expedient, safe and efficient manner to any Emergency Situations or Incidents in and around the premises and building where they are employed. In responding, all designated members of a QRT would be required to assist and respond to any Emergencies and incidents to the best of their abilities in a safe, positive & professional manner.
