What topics are covered by the course?
This one-day Introduction to Sales Skills training course covers all core sales theories and also looks at a range of practical techniques that will enable participants to evaluate their current sales effort, identify ways to improve their practices, and generate more sales. The course covers a range of topics, including: (1) how to identify excellence in the field of selling, (2) methods to increase sales levels, (3) a structured approach to securing telephone appointments, (4) how to uncover customers’ requirements through the use of questions, (5) ways to better match customer’s needs to product benefits, (6) face-to-face selling techniques and (7) persuasion strategies.
Who should attend?
This course is designed for those who are new to sales, and for those who have not received any formal sales training. Anyone who wishes to attract more customers to their business and to encourage repeat purchases would benefit from participating on this course.
