Calculations of cable sizing and typical fault ratings of circuits in the home.
The use of test equipment and safe working practices.
This would include replacing an electrical fitting, socket outlets, control switches and ceiling roses. Replacing the cable, for a single circuit only, where damaged e.g. by fire or rodent damage or impact. (Like for like replacement)
Reaffixing or replacing the enclosures of existing installation components.
Adding lighting points (light fittings and switches) to an existing circuit. (But not in a kitchen or a special location and does not involve a special installation.)
Adding socket outlets and fused spurs to an existing ring or radial circuit.
Installing or upgrading main or supplementary equipotent bonding.
