• A number of the most frequently repeated courses and a customer driven “roadmap” of future developments.
• A training “sandwich” featuring
oA short online test – to see if training is actually required. The results are recorded.
oA number of training activities and learning exercises. The results are NOT recorded.
o A short test to measure the training effect. The results are recorded.
• All courses are available online, without restriction anywhere a web connection is possible.
•Each client/customer organisation has their own private password controlled section of the website.
•Supervisor has access to test results almost instantly.
•A flat subscription access fee payable with no surprises payable monthly for either 6 or 12 months. (refers to Sharp End Training developed generic material-extra charge will apply for bespoke or customised development work).
