We will provide the learners with the basic knowledge and understanding to ensure the provision of a professional level of service as a CCTV operative; and to address the licensing requirements in the SIA regulated, operational environment.
The Level 2 Award in CCTV Operations (Public Space Surveillance) consists of the following three mandatory units:
UNIT 1 Working in the Private Security Industry
UNIT 2 Working as a CCTV Operator
UNIT 3 Practical Operation of CCTV Equipment
Units One and Two: multiple choice test
Unit Three: assessment activities
This Training Course is taught in classrooms in the following locations:
