The overall aim is to equip managers with the right skills, behaviours, attitude and thoughts to make the transition in careers as quickly as possible, and in the most positive way. The key objectives are to:
Help delegates identify their skills, what type of career they are looking for, their strengths and weaknesses
Brush up on interview, communication and presentation skills
Improve their confidence and self-esteem so interviews are relaxed and comfortable experiences and they believe in themselves
Develop a ‘success’ mindset to keep motivated especially when a new career is slow to present itself
Help delegates identify the signs of stress and develop positive coping strategies

Day 1: Interview preparation
During this module we will look at the Do’s and Don’ts of preparing for and attending interviews, giving practical and common sense advice
Confidence building
In this module we will help the delegate understand themselves so they can identify whether or not they are sabotaging their own future prospects and, more importantly, how they can change.
Day 2:
Presentation skills
This module will concentrate on how to present during interview
Day 3:
Adopting a success mindset
The right attitude is essential to success so in this module we continue working on who we are and where we want to go
Stress awareness
Whatever the delegate’s situation he/she will have to deal with stress at some point so in this module we look at the ‘healthy’ ways to deal with it
