To achieve the certificate for Coaching you need to show evidence of coaching 2 individuals over a period of time.
Evidence for this will include:
1x observation, by your assessor, of you conducting a coaching session with a client
Samples of diagnostics or initial assessments carried out with clients
2 x short case studies about 2 different clients you have coached over a period of time
Coaching plans and reviews completed with your clients
Underpinning knowledge questions
Samples of evaluations you have carried out after coaching sessions
Appraisal documents and CPD
To achieve the certificate for Mentoring you need to show evidence of mentoring 2 individuals over a period of time.
Evidence for this will include:
1 x Observation, by your assessor, of you conducting a mentoring session with a client
2 x short case studies about 2 different clients you have mentored over a period of time
Underpinning knowledge questions
A mentoring plan for each of your 2 clients (plan must show forward planning for future sessions)
A short statement explaining how you prepare yourself for mentoring sessions
Samples of evaluations you have carried out after mentoring sessions
