Reiki for Happiness - 1st Degree

At Level One (First Degree), you receive four attunements and are introduced to the Five Principles which act as guidelines to the work you do on yourself to prepare as a channel for the Reiki energy and to help your understanding of the natural healing process. You are taught the hand positions and are given time to practise on yourself and others. Level One is primarily for healing yourself and friends or family and is complete within itself and no previous experience is necessary. One free 30-minute telephone coaching session is included in the tuition fee, to be taken within six months of receiving your First Degree certificate.
