Who should attend?
The CIEH Level 4 Award in Food Safety is ideal for food related business owners or managers working in a catering or manufacturing environment. It also useful for anyone who manages and audits food safety systems as well as food safety trainers wishing to deliver level 3 qualifications. While not essential it is recommended that all delegates have completed Level 3 Food Safety within the last 3 years.
What will I be able to do on completion?
Students will be able to complete all level 4 food safety activities following this course and will be able to prove their food safety standards to their customers.
How will I be assessed?
Students are assessed for their overall performance during the course and by their score on an official written exam on the final day.

We can also deliver a course for your company at your offices or nearby venue if you have a group of 3 or more people to be trained or our public event dates/venues aren’t suitable.
