OBJECTIVES
At the workshops conclusion, participants will have developed an appreciation of:
Professional coaching tools and techniques for a mentoring setting including designing an alliance, wheel of life, building rapport, and more
Effective listening skills focussed on levels of listening
Powerful questioning skills to draw out the wisdom, passion and drive within the mentee
Holding the mentee accountable to their goals and dreams
Getting the best out of the mentee

ILM
The course curriculum is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). To enable participants to fully understand and apply their learning, the course is separated into three one-day sessions with a week between each. For those who choose to gain the ILM qualification (ILM Level 2 Award in Mentoring for Young Learners) the course will also entail six one-to-one supervision sessions with a coach, plus a written assessment and diary log.
