The format of the training is interactive and throughout the course understanding of the material will be assessed through the use of exercises, case study based assignments and examination style questions The examination consists of a multiple-choice question paper and a written assignment – both based on the case study used during each course and across all Practitioners’ courses.
Objectives

Develop practical skills in the design, implementation and management of process framework for individual areas
Anticipate the practical issues associated with implementation and develop strategies to address them
Prepare to undertake the ISEB examination for the Practitioners Certificate
