NVQ Level 2 Hairdressing Course

Each individual will learn how to apply hair extensions to natural hair, the anatomy of Afro hair, growth pattern, different facial features.

step by step guide how to cane row hair and also to apply extensions through braiding technique.

Course has been designed as an introduction to Afro Hairdressing and covers all the essential foundation skills needed to provide Afro Hairdressing services. All aspects of working with Afro hair including braiding, natural hair techniques, relaxing, texturising, basic colouring and cutting, finishing and styling techniques will be covered.

The course is an ideal way to gain the confidence to work with Afro and mixed textured hair. Group size max 6 students per session, to ensure you get the support you need.

The course is delivered over 12 weeks (one 3-hour evening session per week), and is an ideal way to gain the confidence to work with Afro and mixed textured hair.

Duration: 12 weeks (1 evening per week – 5.30pm – 8.30pm)
