The internet has propelled us into a world of consumer choice and conversation are happening about your brand or your industry whether we like it or not.
Most businesses now feel they “should be on Facebook or Twitter” – but are you really ready? Is your business prepared? Will it be successful for you? and do you understand how to get the best from them? All these questions and more are tackled during this course.

This workshop is aimed at beginners wanting to make that first step or those who have tried to take that first step into using social media but are unsure how to use it effectively. This workshop looks at how to set your business up to be successful with social media – it does not tell you what tactics to use.

The day will be led by Jeni Cantle, the owner of Fusing Creativity, who has over 10 years of working with digital media, during which she has worked on strategies for the likes of Samsung, Panasonic, Plantronics, Fujitsu-Siemens and other smaller business in various industries including Property, Leisure and Software.

The workshop will run from 10am until 1pm – the centre will be available from 9.15am for coffee and networking to meet with your fellow attendees. The workshop will be fairly interactive and you are encouraged to bring your laptops to explore the areas as we discuss them. There is free wifi available and tea and coffee making facilities. We operate a very informal workshop session, so casual dress is welcome.
