Brief Exercise Create and Apply Titles Titles can be promoted to Marquee, more time should be spent on Marquee as it has more features. This will be a subjective call based on student experience. Marquee's Software is independent of the Avid application, although you cannot run Marquee without Avid (Yet!). It is resolution independent and true 3D savvy. The Avid timeline will always find and open the Marquee title from Effects parameters. It is also possible to save an .mqp, which is a Marquee project, which may or not be rendered. All previewing in marquee is in real time, apart from moving textures. Marquee has complex animation possibilities, we will show some of these and the useful scripts that are in the library. Return to the peace march sequence, and add Titles, Picture-in Picture, 3D warp, and other effects. Show advanced keyframe model. ROSTRUM in MARQUEE A brief look at the ability of Marquee to do the equivalent of "Pan & Zoom" but with 3d and lighting. An image of up to 6000 x 6000 pixels (check) can be imported, allowing very high quality graphic moves, with 3D and 8 light sources even in 1920 x 1080 HD resolution. Media Management The sequence can be consolidated and transcoded to 15-1s and stored on the students USB. Alternatively a low-res Quicktime can be created to keep if wanted.
