What will it do? Telskills will provide a comprehensive method to train, monitor and coach car salespeople to deal with telephone sales enquiries more effectively. Salespeople will become skilled at turning telephone enquiries into showroom appointments.
How does it work? The Teleskills module will provide initial on-site installation and sales training showing salespeople how to convert telephone enquiries into showroom appointments. Continuous follow up will include overseeing calls and coaching to develop skills and improve performance.
