The 450 in-class hour course is designed to be flexible, and can be studied 1, 2 or 3 days a week. Theory classes cover basic medical sciences, essential oil sciences, the principles of holistic practice, Chinese medicine theory and practice, botanical studies, skin care and palliative care. Regular practical classes throughout the duration of the course include "real life" clinics under supervised conditions, providing a really exciting and confidence-building training.
Students may join the International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists (IFPA) and have great access to Raworth facilities, newsletter and tutor support both during training and on graduation. Raworth is one of the longest established aromatherapy colleges in the UK with over 23 years experience in training therapists. It is a name that can be trusted.
