This intermediate plastering course covers a wide range of skills. Students will apply plasterboards to their training area onto stud walls and also onto blockwork walls (Dot and Dab).
Students will learn how to repair and patch walls and ceilings, fix angle beads and skim to a decorating standard.
Plastering will be done around window reveals and chimney breasts and students will also learn how to skim over difficult surfaces such as artex.
Students will be shown how to mix plaster and apply various backing coats as well as finishing touches such as fixing of coving.
Students will leave us with the confidence and knowledge to achieve their goals!!
