Customer Service Skills
This is a 1 day workshop, in two halves. The morning we look at how to create memorable experiences for our customers, whether face-to-face, or not. We look at how to differentiate service from our competitors, including those face-to-face interactions.
The afternoon focuses on non face-to-face, including telephone skills, letters and email, as many of our interactions will not be face-to-face. This includes the type of language we should use to get a positive experience.
