Methodology
This is a practical and challenging workshop that build upon the coaching skills of Team Leaders. By using existing team performance data, delegates will review each team member creating a performance excellence plan for their team. Delegates will further enhance their skills in writing PDPs, objectives around KPIs, and using competencies. In addition they will review the high and low performers, and structure performance reviews with these individuals.
