This programme is about moving forward and as such asks delegates to come prepared to talk openly about their behaviour. They will be asked to reflect on how they have responded to the behaviour of others when things have become strained, tense or difficult.
Further Details
It explores factors such as the physical layout of the workplace and policies and procedures, questioning whether any of these help or hinder behaviour. Alongside aggression the programme highlights assertion as a behavioural option providing one understands its uses and limitations.
