This course is ideal for anyone who would like to improve their self confidence and be able to communicate constructively with difficult people or situations. The course takes a very practical approach and all delegates will have the opportunity to practise assertiveness skills and techniques while receiving expert guidance and coaching from the trainer and feedback from other participants.
