The aim of this programme is to provide tailored leardership and management skills to Supervisors, Team Leaders, Managers and Change Agents to maximise the sustainability of Lean initiatives and business improvement programmes in both Manufacturing and Service organisations. The course will provide candidates with appropriate Lean Leader skills and knowledge, support them to apply these to live Lean initiatives and business improvement programmes, and enable them to measure business improvements.
