Working with Natural Rhythms

Delegates who attend this two-day experiential and interactive training can expect to:
- experience an opportunity to review and revise their attitude towards working patterns
- understand what scientific research has discovered about the rhythmic nature of human activity and behaviour
- appreciate what the research has indicated are the negative consequences, personally and professionally, of disregarding these natural rhythms
- discover and attune to the subtle cues that indicate the presence of these rhythms
- be introduced to auditing and assessing their own patterns of working (and those of the groups and teams they interact with), allowing them to devise and implement appropriate and ecological changes to optimise performance.
This course is desirable for any person interested in optimising his or her own performance or the performance of those they manage.
Managers, supervisors, team-leaders, coaches, mentors, teachers, HR professionals and self-employed workers may all benefit profoundly. Those responsible for creating or evolving corporate cultures and attitudes may be particularly interested.
As the principles that we will cover relate to many different types of performance and skill acquisition - physical and mental - sportspeople and their professional advisors may also benefit hugely from attending this course.
