Accredited Supervisor - Level 3
This Open College Network accredited level 3 supervisor / team leader training course provides new or existing supervisors with the underpinning skills and knowledge to become exceptional team managers whilst obtaining an accreditation at the end of training.

Develop effective feedback techniques, both with your team and senior management

The course provides each learner through the use of task observations, questionnaires and action plans a level 3 nationally recognised certificate.
No pre course work is required.
