This is an interactive, experiential two day training and delegates who attend can expect to:

- appreciate the NLP Communication Model

- understand the theoretcal underpinning of the Meta Model and its origins

- realise the need to utilise the Meta Model respectfully and within a rapport-based relationship

- recognise and respond appropriately to the Deletions, Distortions and Generalisations of the Meta Model

- be sufficiently resourced to further develop their Meta Model skills through ongoing real-world application.
