This course is Person Centred theoretical and applications, and has CBT and Psychodynamic theories for comparisons. You will view Carl Rogers and Albert Ellis in action with a real client, see where these theories originated.
You will develop and hone in your skills, learning rapport and communication aiding you with your family, friends & work colleagues. You will learn presentation skills, and plenty of personal development weaving throughout the course.
You will continue your networking with other professionals, and begin to recognise how skillful you really are. You will also be introduced to process, how to process and own your voice. This is a pre- requisite for the Diploma level 4.
