This half day workshop focuses on the role of a Software Architect on Agile projects and is relevant to any Software Architects who currently work, or are going to be working on Agile projects. It is especially relevant to those who want to scale their capabilities in line with project development.
There are a variety of issues the modern architect must face, including the ability to scale architectures as Agile projects grow, how to approach Test Driven Development, how to liaise with other project stakeholders, how to produce timely and appropriate levels of documentation, and how to make significant design decisions which do not compromise scalability.
This practical, focused half day workshop delivered by National Award Winners from the proAgile team will make sure you leave with the skills and knowledge needed to work in a truly Agile way as a Software Architect. The course will deliver the knowledge needed and also includes time to practically apply that knowledge.
If you’re a Software Architect and you work on Agile projects then this workshop is a must.
Pre-requisites
You will need a basic understanding of Agile methods, and the rationale for their adoption, as this will not be covered. Please note that proAgile can provide courses to develop this underlying knowledge if required. It is also expected that you will already have a basic knowledge of UML prior to the course.
