Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Management

All of our qualifications are delivered through our very own online assessment tool, OSCAR (Online Support for Candidates with Assessment Requirements). With 24/7 access, OSCAR is a flexible, easy to use system that enables you to work at a time and pace that suits your lifestyle.

The NVQ process consists of:

- Initial assessment – carried out by a PNE NVQ advisor by telephone to agree the appropriate level of qualification
- Induction to the NVQ process – includes an overview of OSCAR, our online assessment system
- Assessment planning – your assessor will help you to identify evidence to show competence
- Learning and development – your assessor will support you with any learning needs relevant to the NVQ by drawing up an individual learning and development plan with you
- Learner support – will take place electronically via the online learning system or by email or telephone
- Preparation for assessment – part of this will consist of you uploading your evidence to OSCAR for your assessor to review
- Assessments – using professional discussion that will take place over the telephone. This process will assess your competence against the National Occupational Standards for Management.
- Your assessor may also visit you in the workplace

Our qualification process allows you to minimise the time you spend away from work and ensures that you undertake work study that is relevant to you and your organisation.

You will also be given free access to a variety of management courses through our e-learning academy, GLOBE, to support your learning and development whilst undertaking your qualification.
