Leaadership 1-1 Coaching
Creativedge delivers focused leadership coaching programmes that are personalised to your specific needs. Our 1-1 coaching programmes accelerate the development of your managers into switched on, high-performance leaders.
Our coaching programmes are tailor-made and concentrate only on those topics selected by the manager to be coached after an initial interview and assessment.
Creativedge coaching focuses on ’doing’. It often involves changing behaviours and attitudes. The primary objective is to develop and enhance personal performance, by addressing individual requirements in a series of 1-1 sessions tailored to the needs of the individual and your organisation.
With Creativedge coaching, managers invariably pick up some new techniques but this is not the core purpose. They may already know what they need to know but are not doing what they should, or could, be doing. Common sense is not always common practice!
Creativedge coaching is designed to stretch managers. If they are not stretched, then little of significance will change in the way they do things. However, since this can sometimes be uncomfortable, managers need to have a very good reason for undertaking a coaching programme. Motivating the manager to take the necessary actions is a critical role of the Creativedge coach.
This is a powerful and pragmatic action-centred approach to coaching, with the manager required to make specific commitments at each session, to do something that will stretch them before the next one.
