The Learn Express CISI Certficate in Securities consists of 2 modules; an examination will need to be taken for each.
The 2 Modules are:

Unit 1: FSA Financial Regulation.. The aim of this unit is to ensure that candidates have an understanding of the legislation and regulation that underpin the financial markets and the conduct of its investments consumers. At the end of this unit, candidates should understand the: The regulatory environment, The Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, Associated legislation and regulation, European Union directives, The FSA conduct of business source book / client assets source book, Complains and redress.

Unit 2: Securities. This unit is designed for those advising on investments and dealing with clients in securities. At the end of this unit, candidates should understand: Securities, New issues, Primary and secondary markets, Settlement, Special regulatory requirements, Accounting analysis, Risk and reward.
Examinations
All units, at all levels, are assessed using CISI designed computer based assessments (CBAs), which offer great flexibility for students.
The recommended minimum study hours are shown in the table below (these will vary according to your experience and ability) and are a made up of a combination of classroom and self study.
The nominal pass marks are also shown. However, please note the actual pass marks may vary slightly from one session to another to ensure that the pass standard remains constant.
