The Award is a concise qualification designed to give candidates an understanding of leadership through two mandatory units. Unit one, ‘Authentic Leadership’, explores different leadership styles and how to lead by greater
initiative and by example, creating a powerful action plan for change.
The second mandatory unit ‘Creating a High Performance Team’, looks at developing the team, learn how to sell the vision and strategy of an organisation, learn how to empower others to release their real potential.
The programme is not heavily academic, but interactive and fun, designed to encourage personal reflection to develop leadership skills.
