There are four points of entry onto the Leadership and Management units each year, January, March, July and October. Students are required to complete each unit within three months of the start date and can take up to a maximum of two units within each three-month period.
Entry Requirements
Suitable applicants for these units will normally have a level 3 qualification (for example, an NVQ Level 3, A Levels or a National Diploma) or a higher education qualification (Foundation degree, Higher National Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) and may have some management experience. International students should clearly state their highest qualification on the application form.
We ask that international students have a level of English appropriate for higher education (an IELTS score of 6.0, TOEFL 550 (paper test), TOEFL 213 (computer test) or TOEFL 80 (internet test)).
Learning Contract
As part of initial discussions with your tutor you will complete a simple learning contract which will set out which units you intend to study and what the university will provide in terms of support.
