The first day will be the UMBDE Programme
This course provides the fundamentals and Introduction to SOCIAL STYLE and then delves deeper into working relationships and the factors that contribute to productivity, morale and effective communication. Participants will leave the training not only knowing how others see their behaviour and how to identify the SOCIAL STYLE of others, but also with concrete tools to modify their own behaviours to create more positive and productive relationships. The idea being to be on the receiving end of the type of programme you will be able to deliver. All course materials will be provided to you.
The second day will be the Certification Day
This day will provide the certification to be able to use a wide range of SOCIAL STYLE products. A fully interactive day with a chance to deliver the key aspects of SOCIAL STYLE and VERSATILITY yourself, in a number of exercises. We will also give you facts and information as well as practical real life examples of how to deliver SOCIAL STYLE Workshops to varying audiences. You will also receive the Social Style Certification Kit and your certificate.
