Customer Service Apprenticeship (NVQ) Level 2 & 3

This apprenticeship is aimed at those who work directly with customers either face to face or over the telephone/email.

This course is delivered one day every fortnight at the workplace over 6 months.

The Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service (Technical Cert)
Key Skills in Communication and Application of Number at Level 1
Functional Skills in English and Maths at Level 1
you have achieved and provided GCSE certificates (grades A* - C) in English and Maths that were completed within 5 years of your apprenticeship start date.
