This is a 1 day course where participants will learn and practise the mediator's role. By the nd of the session, delegates will be able to:


State the principles of mediation

Discuss the importance of creating a safe working environment for mediation

Develop communication skills to build rapport with people in conflict

Overcome resistance and engage people in a win / win approach to conflict

Identify when situations are not suitable for mediation
