Develop a draft definition of violence relevant in their
workplace and identify a process for reporting,
recording and investigation
Identify areas of potential risk within their own
organization
Identify roles and responsibilities for the management
of violence and aggression at work
Develop a Lone Worker Policy suitable and sufficient to
cover the areas of risk
Create a strategy for disseminating the policy
throughout the organisation
Review existing working practices, safe systems of work
and safety procedures and suggest improvements to be
made
Identify a process for risk assessment and risk
management
