To give delegates the opportunity to learn assertive skills and the confidence to use them in their daily interaction with others.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Anyone wishing to become more assertive and confident and who wants to become more positive and co-operative in their approach to others. Maximum number of delegates – 12.
