Participants will review and update knowledge of legislation specific to infection prevention and control.
Participants will be able identify managerial responsibilities under new Health and Social Care Act 2008.
Participants will be able to identify correct recording pathways for alerts and outbreaks.
Participants will understand what is required in order to comply with new regulations.
Participants will have completed an action plan to enable compliance with CQC requirements.
