Symptoms and diagnosis of diabetes

Healthy lifestyle management
The course provides an introductory overview to diabetes. It focuses on the person with diabetes and how they can make informed choices in relation to treatment and lifestyle.
The course will appeal to individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including people with diabetes, health care workers and anyone interested in learning more about the condition.
This course is delivered via a workbook and can be used as evidence towards an NVQ or similar qualification. Included is a A4 DiabetesTraining certificate valid for 3 years sent out with the course pack.
