Level 3 / 4 PTLLS - Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (Online Distance Learning)
Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS)
Our PTLLS Online Distance Learning training course means that you can start your PTLLS course from anywhere in the UK today!
The Preparing To Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) programme is specifically designed to allow you to teach or train within Post Compulsory Education and Training (PCET) Environment.
The course is available at levels 3 and 4.
The level 3 course is suitable for private teachers / trainers / tutors.
The Level 4 course is suitable for teachers in Public Education (such as F.E Colleges, Sixth Form, H.E University).
At level 4, you will be expected to research and analyse teaching and learning theories. This means you will be required to read from relevant authors and reference your assignments using the Harvard referencing system.
The online distance learning course has been specifically designed for visual learners who prefer to learn by reading, researching and analysing, and who just simply want to get their assignments and coursework completed and handed in without having to attend classes or workshops.
Unlike PTLLS training courses elsewhere such as Colleges, our PTLLS courses are fast, intense and straight to the point. Our assessors will give specific, objective and descriptive feedback to you that will enable you to quickly complete set tasks and assignments without wasting your valuable time.
You set the pace of your learning, and this can be as fast or as slow as you like. There is no end date for this course, and you have as much time as you need to complete it.
You will be given access to our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) where ALL of your assignments, activities, indicative reading and guidelines on how to complete the course are held.
You will have to attend a 1 day assessment day to deliver your micro teach session to a group. You will also be expected to observe others teaching on the day, and to give them feedback. Session dates are regular throughout the year.
The Micro Teach sessions are held in Cardiff and Birmingham. Please contact us for dates.
We at Concept Academies will enable you to quickly become qualified, and allowing you to confidently deliver your skills and knowledge to your learners.
