Happiness and fulfilment will only come after we know who we truly are and what we truly want in life. Once this is clear, the attitudes, beliefs and emotions, that define our choices, can be cultivated, transformed and managed to work in our favour.

Back on Track is the result of 15 years research that holistically combines the exploration of spirit with the latest findings in neuro, gene and cell science. It demonstrates with evidence that we and the world we live in operate differently to the way we previously thought. With this knowledge, and through a unique self awareness process, Back on Track teaches how we can harness our inner resources or overcome crisis, conflict and struggle to realise our true potential.

Content:

Day one
Breaking the perceptions and misconceptions about the way we see ourselves and the world around. Through science we address the issues of perception, beliefs, awareness, emotional drivers of behaviour and personal responsibility for choice.

Day two
Building the bridge between science and spirit we focus on the practical application of the previous day's learnings through our unique 7 step process, equipping participants with the tools for empowerment and keeping on track.

You will learn:
• How to harness your inner resources by dealing with fear and doubt
• The difference between change and transformation
• To think differently about responsibility and its relationship to free will
• How to use creative thought to boost your personal productivity

How you’ll benefit:
• You’ll trust in the choices you make in life
• You’ll be able to deal with responsibilities effortlessly
