* Innovation Management was awarded as best practice at the EDEN conference 'Never Waste a Crisis.

It is offered in two versions.

1. The professional version is a 5 days intensive workshop. The knowledge and skills offered is similar to a semester work, intelligently packed in a week's workshop. This version is on an MBA-MSc level and it is suitable for everyone who has Project Management experience or/and certification.

2. The open and free version is also a 5 days e-course and can be downloaded and uploaded in Moodle. This version is on a college-graduate level.

1. Day 1: Innovation & Creativity Philosophy & Principles - Create teams, assign roles & Get your project idea
2. Day 2: Innovation & Open Innovation - Acknowledge the differences and Work on the process for your team innovation project project
3. Day 3: Open Innovation - Apply Open Innovation to your Team project
4. Day 4: Blue Ocean Strategy - Apply BOS Tools in your Team Project
5. Day 5: Social Innovation & Team projects - Projects finalisations and presentations, Team evaluations & individual assignments

Assessment Strategy
Group-assessment assignment
Participation and critical thinking for idea generation on the discussion forums. (These are assessed by the tools incorporated in the forums.)

Individual assignment. You must complete a 10-Q at the end of the course.
Assessment methods which enable you to demonstrate the learning outcomes for the Module.

1. Groupwork Critical Thinking Assessment
2. Group Real Life Project Product & Presentation
3. Individual Questionnaire

Weighting: (1-2) 60% (3) 40%
